Property Auctions start in Pafos.

Well the excitment, the build up and the anti climax!!
Today, I visited the Harrisons property auction in Paphos and to say it was not as sucessful as billed, would be like saying Joan Collins doesn't know men!!
Can you believe 92% did not make reserve, only 3 sold and why...
Well who would buy a property, unseen, poorly described, unprofessionally photographed and ambiguity lingering regarding the status of the property. 90% were listed has having no title deeds. No mention of specific performance,land registry checks etc...this auction proved to myself that we at Eden are doing research on properties, that should be standard practice.....back to the old days me thinks....so much for the new property revolution. I must say I do believe that Eden (and I am very biased here) could do a better job all round.
